When I’m out painting on beaches, I am occasionally asked, especially by kids, if I can ‘put them in the picture’. On this occasion I was happy to oblige and added in a small gang of kids on the ginormous sandcastle they had built to face down the incoming tide. They had also neatly handed me the title of my painting.
