I certainly needed my tent the day I painted this. It rained on and off all day and I had to keep ducking under cover to keep my watercolour from being ruined by the rain. The wet may have dampened people’s spirits but it certainly did not stop them from having their day at the beach, I mean, once you are wet you can’t get any wetter and in a wet suit it really does not matter; hence the title of the picture.
