The Rockpool at Treyarnon is a very special place for many families who come down on holiday here and some of them remember learning to swim in the pool when they were nippers. The first painting I did of the pool (this is the second) was bought from the easel by someone who claimed it as their own. In this painting I have tried to emphasise the jewel like quality of the pool, set as it is among the grey /purple rocks
