The ‘subject’ of this picture is really the evening light and the way it is reflected in the wet send, although the show is stolen a little by the two lads heading out to watch the big kids on their surf boards. I tried to imagine what it might be like to arrive like this on the beach after a long drive across county. ‘Wow’ is the word that comes to mind.
