Believe it or not they did manage to get this boat out over the surf to relative safety, but it was a real struggle. I guess the guys in the sailing club just don’t take no for an answer. Although the figures are tiny they are far from insignificant as they lend much drama to the scene and I worked hard and relied heavily on my experience of life drawing to make each of their gestures believable.
